  • Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons related to taste, personal preference, or perceived effectiveness, as our wellness essentials are consumables, and body responses vary.

2. Return Timeframe

You must initiate a return request within 5 days of receiving your order. Once approved, the item should be shipped back within 7 days.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please email us at info@greenaura.co.in with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the received item (if damaged or incorrect)

  • Our team will respond within 2 working days. If approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you on how to return the item. Once received and verified, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
